Access to the Platform is provided through subscription plans as described on our pricing page. Each plan includes specific usage limits, features, and service levels. Usage beyond your plan limits may result in additional charges or service restrictions.
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are quoted in AED unless otherwise specified and are exclusive of applicable taxes. Payment is due upon invoice. Failure to pay may result in suspension of access to the Platform.
Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as expressly stated in your subscription agreement.

You acknowledge that the Platform processes personal data on your behalf for compliance verification purposes. You are responsible for ensuring that you have obtained all necessary consents and legal bases for processing such data. Our processing of data is governed by our Privacy Policy and any applicable Data Processing Agreement.
The Platform, including all content, features, functionality, software, and technology, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for your internal business purposes during the term of your subscription. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Platform without our prior written consent.
The Platform integrates with third-party services for identity verification, screening, and other functionality. We are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or reliability of third-party services. Your use of such services may be subject to additional terms and conditions.
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF ANY VERIFICATION RESULTS OR SCREENING DATA. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR MAKING YOUR OWN COMPLIANCE DECISIONS BASED ON THE INFORMATION PROVIDED.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL FEES PAID BY YOU IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
These Terms remain in effect until terminated. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform immediately if you breach these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or if we are required to do so by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ras Al Khaimah, UAE, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Platform and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Platform. If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver. You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms freely.
